That looks really great! Unfortunately looking at it is causing my acid reflux to kick in [emoji23]. I’d still eat it though haha.

This last weekend I tried some Norma brass in my 416 Remington, that has been using Hornady brass. With the exact same load the Norma brass clocked 2668 FPS with 340 woodliegh pp. that’s 58 FPS faster than the Hornady brass with the same load. I’ve always used Norma in my 416 Taylor and 9.3x62...
I’ve got the G43X, and I really like the little gun. And I’ve never been a Glock fan. But these single stack glocks feel pretty darn good. The other double stack glocks do not fit me well, and I have pretty large hands too lol.

I hear ya Guy, primers are almost impossible to find here. Actually they are impossible to find. I have had to dip into the gunbroker world for primers once, hopefully never again either. I have found some deals on gunbroker as far as brass, bullets, and powder are concerned. I picked up 50 new...

Looks like that would be a fantastic black bear load! Kind of agree with everyone else, I would suspect that bullet to perform down to 1800 fps.

Used the 140 hot-cor for in 6.5 mm and 350 hot-cor in 416, and 160 hot-cor in 7mm. Always performed excellent for me with great accuracy. Big fan of that bullet.

I’d prolly have to opt for the handgun Guy. Just seems like Mt lion hunting with hounds, and a good revolver seems like perfect combination to me.

I’ve never tried the ABLR in any 6.5 I’ve owned Fotis, so can’t help you there man. I can agree to the GMX though. Never could get those to shoot anything resembling a group in six different 6.5mm rifles.

It definitely has some getup and go with modern powders. I’ve been thinking of dropping back down to 232 gr bullets for deer this year.

The 9.3 is legal in several African countries for dangerous game. Hop over to the Africa Hunting forums, and check those guys out. The 9.3x62 is still extremely popular on those forums, and several guys take Cape buffalo yearly with it. Professional hunter Don Heath who went by his pen name...
I wish you could find for RN bullets these days. It seems the spitzers have almost made them extinct. I’ve always though the round nose design made beautiful mushrooms. Would love to find som 175 grain RN for my little 275 rigby. Unfortunately I have had zero luck.

Boy I hope so I’m about tired of this. I have 28 lbs of powder and about 500-600 primers each for small rifle, large rifle, and large rifle magnum. I have zero pistol primers though and would like to start back loading some pistol rounds.

I still have not found much locally. I’ve actually found a couple deals on gunbroker believe it or not lol. Snagged 50 Norma 416 Remington cases for $49 yesterday. And 3lbs of 4451 powder for $34 a pound. I usually get most of my oddball stuff from grafs and they have been getting some bullets...
