Be careful, the design of the Absolute Hammer creates less pressure, you may hit pressure sooner with a Hammer Hunter. Start low and work up. I'm using RL26 with 90g Absolute Hammers in my 25-06, it's amazing.

True! There is still some reasonable priced powder around if we search. I have had a pretty good supply of powder and primers for years, but it doesn't hurt to add more. My shooting has not decreased at all in the last few years.

That is smoking, JD! I'm getting 3100 fps average with my 24" 25-06 with that bullet and RL26. Very accurate as well.
