That's my favorite broadhead for compound bow, hands down. The last few years, that is all I have put on my hunting arrows. I run the Megameats on the wife's crossbow. It's great as well, but I thnk it's a bit much for my slower speeds on my bow. Great buck you got there!
Oh man, the Ford vs Chevy thing haha. I'll start by saying I have been Bias to GM for many many years.. until recently. I am currently driving and Eco Boost F150.
I bought a 1500, AT4, Carbon Pro edition new in 2021. That year had the LM2 Minimax. I loved it! Great torque, towed better...
I really like the STW, I have not had much time with that cal as I've never owned one. I did some load development on one for my brother. It was a great shooting gun though. The .284 line up has so many options that I really like.
Weatherby actually had field testers running this caliber for over a year on many different hunts, in many different regions before they offered it on the open market. Federal supposedly has been testing it for roughly 3 years. It is the first major change in the rifle word for many many...
And just like that, another generation is locked into the art and sport of game hunting.. you can tell by the smile she's hooked for life and is going to pass this on! I love it. Very nice!
I've been using their blinds for a couple season's now and I love them. The only draw back is if it's raining, heavy dew, or snow is melting on it.. you can't see out of it worth a darn haha. I switched to bog a while back as well because I carry one for my wife and kids, got the carbon.. it's...
Any way to verify this? Those tipped Fusion bullets are phenomenal for accuracy in a factory box. I love them! If this is that bullet, I'm about to buy a few boxes for each caliber I use on a regular basis haha.
I can get that here for 48.99, which is still high to me. I’m curious to see what prices do though and we all know, once they go up.. they hardly come down. I need more N165 but everyone is sold out. I’m hoping I can snag some before the price hack.
Hello,
I'm curious on what you all are hearing about the price of reloading supplies? I have mentioned on other threads I am very close to the owners of our local gun store. One of the owners was at my house yesterday for a Steelers watch party. He mentioned to me then that the price of ammo...
I don't have input, I am commenting so i can follow your thread as I'm in the same boat. I'm looking at a quiet way in and out for my hunting spots and have been going crazy reading about these E bikes haha. Would like to hear some opinions from people that use them for this reason.
My experience with them was the opposite in the 7 mag. I had to inch mine closer to the lands to get accuracy out of them, but once I did, 4 of them overlay and one shot was outside. The outside shot was my cold, clean barrel shot. Every gun is different for sure. I recently started seating...
I grew up hunting wild hogs in Texas, and still go south often and shoot a handful of them every year. One region we hunt is very hot and suspect to drought. When this happens the hogs move into the low lands which is covered in thick brush and small trees, getting a clear shot is often times...
Very interesting. is your preferred seating depth .050? I have not been doing this for decades, but maybe a decade. When my Pap was teaching me he was very old school. no chrono, he didn't play with primers, all he did was adjust powder and seating depth (always off the ogive - CBTO) we...
If I had to choose one bullet to stick with from here on out, 100%, hands down in a heartbeat mine would be the AccuBond as well.
This has been my go to bullet since roughly 2005, prior to that I ran the Partitions for over a decade. I was so partial to those that I held out on the AB's for a...
