I have several barrels worth of n570. I'm a fan. I use n570 for 27 Nosler and 150gr Ballistic tips, and in 300 RUM with 230gr OTM. Outstanding velocity and accuracy. 200yards from a hunting bag. Might have to try it in this barrel.

Winchester also makes StaBall Match that is comparable to Varget. That would get my vote. If I had a custom throated 308 win for 200gr bullets I'd definitely try 6.5 StaBall. It's closer burn rate to imr4831 than H4350. Pretty slow. Hodgdon data gives it top velocity in 300WSM. That said, it...

Doe anyone have experience loading 185gr vld or 180bt? My other 30Nosler is a 9twist and have only shot 200gr and heavier bullets. My new build is a 26" 10twist so I'm going for 195gr to 180gr bullets? I'm loading Nosler brass if it matters. Thanks.
