My 30-06 has a 24” barrel with Remington brass , 60.3grs of RL-17 behind 150gr TTSX has the same velocity you’re seeing.

What is your barrel length and chronograph used? Your RL-22 numbers are inline with what I saw with N555 and 180gr AB. Mine wears a 24” barrel and shot with a Magnetospeed. 180gr AB are on the right side of sheet.

How many rounds since the last barrel cleaning? The little bit I worked with the LRX , they are a little picky. I would clean the barrel and move to the TTSX bullet instead.

Too bad RL-33 isn’t available , that stuff shines in my 338 Lapua and 300 grainers.

The only gripe I have with the Lapua 223 brass is I had to get my Wilson inline seater honed so they didn’t stick.

My preferred standard hunting cartridge When that doesn’t handle the task then I reach for the “Big Game” cartridge😉
