I had lee make me a 25-284 gauge. It had a tiny bit too large a diameter to fit in sized cases easily. I put up with it for a few years then contacted them. Sent them a sized case and the gauge and they sent me a new one, no charge. Works good.
Most accurate bullet I have tried is the 240 XTP. 296 powder. I haven't shot a deer with, but that would be the one I would try.
