This has been my experience as well. Our little Savage 7-08 shoots anything I put over powder under inch, to be fair, I only tried the 120 gr. BT, the 139 gr. IB, and the 140 gr. BT. They all shot incredible with Varget. Those 120’s are shooting 2990 FPS and are devastating on mule deer at...
