Have you tried or have access to Big Game? It groups well under an inch close to half inch in my Remington 700 with 22-inch barrel getting close to 2900 fps using the Hornady 165gr BTSP.

Have and use a Past recoil shoulder pad. Also as stated a Limb Saver or Pachmayr recoil pads I've had installed on a couple of rifles has been a big help on recoil.

Those big bucks make my back hurt just looking at the pictures, but it would be worth it to get one.
