I would be surprised if it’s anything other than a 25 RPM. The shorten case would be my clue , why shorten the 6.5 to make a 7mm RPM.

50grs of MP-521 gave me 3196 fps. That was the highest I load up to test. The brass I’m using is the older Winchester brass (the good stuff).

The case is shorter than the 6.5 and 338 RPM. It is a 257 RPM with a 7 Twist barrel. My guess😉

When the kids were younger we would a large pile of 1gal. milk jugs. I tested a lot of different bullets also.

I bet you’ll find that the IK21 brass has an undersized flash hole.
