I am pretty systematically anal when it comes to my loads. If the brass is not virgin then they will be annealed at a minimum by 2 firings. I followed CE President's Daniel Smitchko's advise on loading them with the groove in the neck so they can fit in the magazine.

Of course. They did not like that groove inside the neck. Only way I can explain it. This was with 30-378, 300 RUM etc. Again this was a few years ago. I was not going to spend that kind of $$$ just to try them in my 8mm Rem Mag.

Been saying this for YEARS!!!! The ONLY ABLR I ever got to shoot well was the 6.5mm 142 gr. This was in a Ruger #1 264 Win mag. Not in any other 6.5mm rifle either. The only load, the only gun, the only diameter.

Pretty much...... horrible! Also tried the Raptors with the tip in my 378 Bee I had years ago. I could not break 1.5" with a Krieger barrel. The only awesome (and ) acceptable load I found with Cutting edge bullets was with the CE laser in my 375 BAS. (Cheytac IMP) . Single feed bullet...

They advise to seat at the groove for optimum performance. I tried once to seat deeper past the groove (as advised by the owner just to see) but it did not work out. It was a while ago using 30 caliber bullets
