Sent the die back to lee and they said it had wrong head spacing and has had it reduced and are sending it back. Hopefully will be reloading 270 wsm shortly.
I always lube the inside the case neck, i will try the paper technique as mentioned above and i will add additional lube to the neck and will see if that helps.It is a brand new die and i cleaned it with brake clean before use.
I should state, I sized all brass with the die screwed into place touching the shell holder then 1/4 turn more. After i was done i loaded all the cases one by one into my rifle to check fitment and realized the majority did not allow the bolt handle to close.

I've been loading 165 gr speer hotcore at 3.250 COAL mixed brass, Ginex large rifle primers with 56.5 gr of IMR 4350 and getting 1" groups at 100 yards. Loading the 165 TTSX the same but under 55 gr of IMR4350 im getting the same results. I thought i would shoot some old factory ammo to burn it...
