    Which would you choose?

I am glad I am not limited to one bullet ! I like Nosler AB if I had to have one, but I also see a place for plane old cup and core Bullets as well.

Current Glock Gen 1 thru 5 being discontinued.

My understanding is someone all has come out with a new Glock switch for the new V Models. I’m sure a full auto Glock would be the last thing one want if you were shooting beyond 5 feet. But I have Zero experience with one just guessing.

    Rusting Leupold Scope Mounts

I had the same thing but cleaned up fine. I wax them now as it’s more durable in wet weather than oil.

    Deer reactions when hit.

What I did not mention in my previous post is that of Shotguns and Muzzleloader. Until recently Iowa was a Shotguns State for Deer Hunting and today allows straight wall cartridges. In 40 plus years of hunting with Shotgun 12ga and Foster slugs I have had 1 deer fall in its tracks as...

    Deer reactions when hit.

I would say most look like they have been struck by lighting and fold in there tracks. I had Magnum Fever when younger and most Deer were shot with a 6mm REM a .270 Win till I sold it for a .264 Win Mag with 99% being shot with cup and core bullets. With that said I had some make a short run...

Coyote loads for MPBR vs dial/holdover.

For Coyote Hunting I like 1 1/2inch high at 100 yards, if I am thinking red Fox 1 inch high is perfect. Bob Hagel wrote about sighting like this years ago and I just followed his advice.

    Gaps in your caliber battery

While I see a one rifle battery insufficient a three rifle battery for big game has been and has worked for me in North America. To be honest it could be a two rifle battery is really enough. The only thing I see wrong with a one rifle is if something would break you are down to zero. I...

Reflex sight on an over under shotgun

Me personally I will not buy any shotgun that does not fit. I also don't believe in adjustable stocks as I can not tell you how many times I have seen them fail. I would sell it and find a shotgun that fits Auto Pump or SxS or O/U does not matter but a shotgun has to fit you to be successful...

    .300 WSM….Is it a Dead Cartridge Commercially?

I would not buy one today. I would look to .300 PRC or .300 Win Mag. You don't want to be like Me with a 300 H&H Mag as it keeps getting harder by to day to find brass and what you find is expensive. I am glad I most likely have all I need for the rest of my life. But that's where the .300...

    224 WBY MAG

I am more interested in the short action Mark 5 as I have always wanted one. I would love to see them with 24 inch barrels in a new Classic cartridge every year like 6mm Rem, .257 Roberts 6.5x55 , 7x57 Mauser, .260 Rem. 22-250 Rem, The Rifle they showed looked awesome !

    Any Cooper rifle fans here?

Cooper Rifles I just wish I was not such a tight A** and bought a Jackson Squirrel Rifle in .22LR years ago as today they are crazy expensive. I have always admired Cooper Rifles as I like Blue Steel and Nice Wood in a rifle.
