I think your easiest path is to spend 8 dollars and by a new decapper/expander for 30-06 from Lee and cut the decapping pin off. Will do exactly what you want and cheaply. Not sure what you mean by not having a neck sizer if removing the decapper on a standard die. It will neck size just not...

Does any one use this puller? How does it work as in good or bad not actual operation. I have an entire ammo box of military 300 mag. Loaded too long and too hot. Started pulling bullets but kinetic bullet puller work good but I’ll be retired in a couple years before I finish
