I do not have first hand experience with that model Leica, but mine feature adjustable eye relief in the form of adjustable eye cups that rotate out for use without glasses, or rotate in for use with glasses.
I always thought that Zeiss was at the top & the best that was to be had. Lots of people love their Swarovski's & at the time I never really thought much about Leica's ... At one point I compared all three top models side by side & wanting the Zeiss real bad, but in the end the Leica's had the...

We're seeing a lot of eagles here as well ... Right now with the temp in the teens you can see as many as eight or more clustered in one tree as the river is mostly frozen over with a few open spots where they congregate to fish.
I'm using Strelok as well ... tried the free version first then upgraded to the paid version. I especially like that you can select your reticle and it will show you the ranges represented by the tick marks depending on your zoom level that you selected on your scope.
