    7mmRM 175 Part Grand

I sure wish the Ramshot Grand profile was available in quick load. I'd like to see the pressure estimates on these loads.

    Best 20 for the money

I have a Remington 1100 20 gauge that was gifted me in 1968. It is a vent rib 26" improved cylinder barrel. I shot thousands of quail both bobs and blues. I'm not sure you could buy them cheap today. It's one built on the 12 gauge receiver, not the later feather weights.

    Gen 2 Kimber

Yep, I had to go take a look too. A lot of good features for 800 to 900 bucks. I like that two tone with the bob tail grip and it doesn't have the extra firing pin block. Optic ready also.

    New Years Feast

What do y'all fix up for New Years good luck? At my house it was Black eye peas, cornbread, boiled cabbage, ham, and buttermilk pie. The wife out did herself this year. I need to go get lotto tickets.

    2025 Hunting Season

I recall an outdoor show that featured an interview with a woman who was a Sako rep in North America. To quote her "say-ko" is a watch, "sock- oh" is a rifle.

Old Stock gun powder vs New Old Stock.

I have several pounds of H 870 was was nearly thirty years old when I bought it. That was 45 years ago. It still smells right and performs as intended. Unfortunately it is just outperformed by modern powders.

Which truck / Chevrolet or Ford

I got a heck of a deal on my current Ford truck, 2013 F-150 XLT 5.0 4x4, due to a discount number provided by a Ford employee "relative". It has 140,000+ miles and has been very reliable and has handled some very rough terrain in New Mexico and Colorado.

Doesn't anyone have a rifle that the first animal was a rabbit, squirrel, coyote, or javelina.

    257 Roberts with H4350

When I started reloading for the Robert's back in 1982, I found a load in a very old Pacific reloading manual for 117 gr bullet and 47grs of H-4831. It was way more velocity (2900 fps) than any load in any manual. I gave it a try and it shot really small groups with the 117 Sierra. I...

    257 Roberts with H4350

I do not use that combo. I've found H 4831 and Reloder 22 are the key to the Roberts.
