Got out today to try Grand with 175 Partition in 7mm Rem Mag. Ran out six rounds to look at velocity and pressure signs. Hodgdon shows 72.2 gr as max at 3024 fps.

I have a Remington 1100 20 gauge that was gifted me in 1968. It is a vent rib 26" improved cylinder barrel. I shot thousands of quail both bobs and blues. I'm not sure you could buy them cheap today. It's one built on the 12 gauge receiver, not the later feather weights.
Yep, I had to go take a look too. A lot of good features for 800 to 900 bucks. I like that two tone with the bob tail grip and it doesn't have the extra firing pin block. Optic ready also.
