I use 100 gr. NBT and H4350 in my 25-06 and get outstanding accuracy. H4350 will likely give you the highest velocity of the powders listed, but Varget and H4895 will be less than 100 fps slower at MOP.

A 25-06 pushing a 110 gr. NAB with RL26 is less than a full case by the time you reach max pressure.
