I've used 150 and 165gr PTs in the 30-06. Does really well. Just for your information the Accubonds do as well as the partitions.

Partitions are designed to expand the front half with the rear half driving thru. I have used partitions in 223 Rem, 243 Win, 25-06 Rem, 270 Win and 30-06 all of them expanded gave more than satisfactory results.

Well, after considering both the Kimber and the Springfield Ronin package I went with the Ronin. For about a hundred dollars more got a dot sight and 3 extra mags. Having a Ronin already in 45acp it seemed to make a little more sense.

3 Shot some 3.5grs Bullseye and 200gr SWC loads yesterday. Pleasant to shoot and made a big hole clustered together as long as I did my part.
