I use an LE Wilson case trimmer with appropriate shell holders from 22-250 to 404 Jeffery and a bunch in between. very nice unit and accurate. Tey will do custom shell holders.
I have loaded a lot of H870 for my old 7mm RM. It will give good velocity and accuracy, but it is dirty as hell and will cake in the cartridge if left too long. So shoot it up quickly - especially crush loads.
I think the 33 OKH used bullets made for the .333 Jeffery - .333" diameter?
The rim diameter for the 33 WCF is .610" - same as the 348 WCF. I think I have a shell holder that did not go with the dies and bullets when I sold the M71 348. If you want it, PM me.
WOW! Very cool cartirdge ideed. I have been fascinated by the 33 WCF since I was a boy and had a sample in my cartridge collection. Owned a 348 WCF, but never a 33. Great project and I bet it;s fun to shoot.

I like Partitions and have used them on elk, mule deer, and blacktails. I do think they have improved. I remember, years ago I had a box of 7mm Partitions that looked to me like they were made on a screw machine.
I also liked the old Bitteroot Bonded Bullets, not the best accuracy, but good...
I have these components to work with:
Brass - unfired Norma
Primer - Federal GM 215M or Rem 9-1/2M
Powder - VV N560 and H4831sc
Bullet - Swift Scirocco II 180 gr.
Thanks for any help on this.
Mr Jaegermeister and I have shared a few brutal evenings and I have the flags and stickers from the Jaeger girls to prove it. McSorley's in lower Manhattan was the the scene of one of these epics.
But I am a reformed man now.
My 25-'06 Ruger No. 1 has a Brux barrel & 'shoots like crazy'. I had my M70 308 Norma Mag fitted with a Brux barrel and first shots showed me that it's a keeper.
Very kind of you to offer help. I am in Sonoita.
In this case I managed to cram most of the belt up into the die and ripped 1/2 the rim off wen tring to pull it out. Also the neck sized in into the case making disassembly a problem. Otherwise I would remove the decap pin, mount the die in my...
I stuck a case in my Redding 308 Norma Mag die... after 50 years of reloading it finally happened. Please help me out if you have a spare 308 Norma sizing die, prefer Redding, but RCBS or Lee or other will help me out.
Thanks.
The rifle shoots, even with initial break-in/fireform loads. Fired the first 6 shots through the barrel this AM. sub MOA with some motley ammo. Now I have the fired cartridges and can start serious ammo development. This rifle will be a shooter.
