For those of you in Washington State, what do you guys think of the new HB 2555 that takes affect on June 11th.
Uppers can no longer be shipped to your door & will have to go through an FFL. So ... if you've been waiting to pull the trigger on an upper, now's the time as you only have 2 weeks...
My understanding is that with the new law the hold up with with the Mental Health check with Department of Social and Health Services. They are slow getting the returns back to Law Enforcement.
Also before the new law the background checks were centralized ... now all that is pushed back to...

Practicing with any rifle can help you if you have the basics down, even a .22 or dry firing with your 7mm will help.
Maybe bring a knowledgeable friend along who can watch and give you pointers on your prone position, cheek weld, etc .... It's hard to fix what you don't know is wrong.
