I have the Henry all weather it is supposed to handle the same pressures as the Marlin 1895 models. If I want hot then the Ruger 1 takes over that thing can handle the max loads.
Just noticed they had some round nose bullets where the hell they came from who knows but Hornady discontinued them so I grabbed 3 of them and 3 are left if they are Hornady this is your rare chance to get some.

There's a reason you never aim at the same location when shooting a crossbow. You can hit your own arrows almost every time you have to pick a different spot on the bag for follow up shots.
I decided to give this stuff a try just order some MP608-1 that is supposed to be near Staball 6.5. It was 30% off so the 16 pound container with tax for $300 is pretty good price. I figure I better just go 16 pounds because you likely will not get the same stuff again. with the primers last...
I try to be careful knowing I could do the same by loading a .270 into a 30/06. At least it would be pushing a smaller diameter bullet down the barrel but the brass would have some serious expansion going on in the chamber.
Trying to get a .308 projectile to go down a .277 barrel had to have...
There is quite a few YouTube videos of people having issues. Someone is going to lose their face at some point. If you have issues from the get go just imagine the constant shooting pressure is stressing the whole gun.

You might want to look at what they charge for broadheads. When I shoot my crossbow at a deer the bolt and broadhead cost about $30 combined and after a few shots the bolts usually break.
Well since you put it that way and Midway has Remington large rifle primers on sale by today's standards I grabbed a brick. Did not have any 9 1/2 primers now I have primers from Remy, Winnie, Federal, and CCI to play with
Well it worked got a Michigan early season doe last night using the 170 grain Norma Vulkan bullet left a nice blood trail went about 30 yards little high on shot caught upper part of lungs had a lot of brush in the way so took little higher shot. Had another nice looking doe earlier that I did...

Most likely a chipmunk. I was once in my blind only had a 30/06 chipmunk started climbing my tree I had to jump 20 feet to save my life if I had a .375 HH I might of had a chance.
There is a auction house that has an estate sale going on with a Ruger 77 in .35 Whelen. I was watching it hoping I might get a deal on one but the price is already up to $700+ so likely will be over $1000 when the auction closes Tuesday. Was hoping it would be seen as a relic cartridge and I...
Went to grab some water while it was on sale they had dropped the price to $20 so grabbed two of them. Don't need them right now maybe make some Xmas gifts.
