I've got some Titegroup - it shoots really well. May go with that. However the gun gets really hot while shooting long strings of fire with Titegroup. I mean, it's obvious, not just a little thing. The cartridge cases are also hotter than normal. But the stuff produces excellent results.

Sadly, those are very difficult to obtain... I have a LOT of Unique on hand, but it's the ancient stuff mixed by Daniel Boone and Davey Crockett - burns about as dirty as wet firewood... Great velocity and accuracy, but cleaning my sixgun every 18 rounds is a bit much. ;)
Bullseye is...
I want to shoot a bunch of 38 Specials and am looking for powder recommendations for the light-recoiling 125 grain bullets. Something similar, like 130's would be fine too, but I'm sitting on a mess of 125's. Muzzle velocity doesn't need to be high. 800 fps or so is fine.
I'm looking for...
Probably twenty years ago I turned down an outstanding offer from Nighthawk to buy one of their full-size 1911's at a special reduced price for officers who had been firing one at their demo-day... It was a lot of money at the time, and I really couldn't justify it. But goodness, what a great...
Added - I'm probably going to sell off a couple of firearms to fund optics for a couple more of my handguns...
The 6" S&W 686 357 magnum is ridiculously accurate even though I can't really see the sights. I suspect that it will be much better when I've got an optic of some sort on it.
This...
All the younger guys on my church security team had some sort of 9mm semi-auto, mostly double stack, with an optic, and a rigid inside the waistband holster positioned in the "appendix" area.
Unconventional to me. But they were fast and accurate. Some were almost as accurate as an older guy I...
Very cool!
I put a Holosun 509 on my 45 ACP Springfield Ronin. A green-dot version. It's working out really well.
Was told that the green dots work out better for old eyes than the red dots. Don't know that it's true or not.
BTW, looks like you've got a mighty fine 9mm load there...
MT Pockets (cool handle btw) - I suspect that your 240 gr Nosler bullets would work just fine on the basic black bear.
I like the penetration potential for the 300's, but I think the 240's would do just fine on a bear. I've not yet shot a bear with one, but have shot several bears with my...
Sunny and warm here in Oklahoma. Highs in the 60's, 70's and 80's... Have been doing yard work also buzzing around on my motorcycle. Walking almost every day.
We did have a pesky tornado last week... Only had to shovel snow once this past winter - huge change from central Washington! :)

The camera does a nice job with video - but I don't often have a tripod along with me on my daily walks. Without a tripod (or something else) to steady the camera, the video quality isn't what I'd like to show. I do sometimes take some short videos that come out okay though. Might try to post...
Oh crud, I have to look that up? ;)
I know with the 25-06 and the 100 gr Barnes I was testing it in October and put it to use in December. Moderately cool. 60's I think for each of them. I may have that noted somewhere, but 60's seems correct. Might have been 70's in October.

King Fishers seem to be so doggone quick! I've only managed a few mediocre photos of them over the years, despite seeing the pretty frequently. Looking forward to seeing her results!

Towards the end of our morning walk today, dog and I came upon a heron that was catching breakfast. He got a large fish, and yes with some work & effort managed to swallow it whole:
