    30-06 and 225 ELD-M?

The fact that you make 40K(or any other amount) and do know what is really meant by money made hunter just show how stupid you are. There are all sorts of money made hunters and you fit in very well. The fact that you feel the need to take credit for what the(we) other so called hunters do show...

    30-06 and 225 ELD-M?

no one else is making stupid statements except you. Do not break your arm patting yourself on the back. "WE" can tell you are not having fun with this like "WE" are. You are just butt hurt and lashing out. You do come across as a "money made hunter" and they are the worse kind I cannot...

    30-06 and 225 ELD-M?

270elk---I am with you. This guy is so full of himself and everyone else is wrong to him. He has his head so far up his ass he needs a glass belly button just to see where he is going. But it is fun just to see how far I can string him along. 1st it is "I DID/DO" then "We did/do" and it is...

    30-06 and 225 ELD-M?

"WE" You said YOU killed 200 each. Now you backtrack again. I never called anyone out until you started it. I only stated some information. Yes you are a special kind of stupid. I will give you the fact you may have "seen" more elk killed. I have not hunted them. I will bet I have killed more...

    30-06 and 225 ELD-M?

where go you get tags for 10 deer and 10 elk per year and ALWAY fill them?? See you state you are in a small niche of shooters that do the LR shooting. I also agree that many animals are wounded by "average joe" shooters who do not practice between hunting seasons. Again you pick a group that...

    30-06 and 225 ELD-M?

I will have to disagree with you still. I have seen what match bullets do when hunting. Not consistent among other things. I have "had experience and do know what I am talking about." So you can just get off your self-imposed throne. I will stick to hunting bullets for hunting. Feel free to do...

    30-06 and 225 ELD-M?

they are called match bullets and NOT hunting bullets for a reason. They would be crap at 30-06FPS speeds---Especially for hunting. You just looking to wound or miss?

    Brass pressure spikes

Using a number of different cartridges I found that Nosler brass gave the lowest FPS with Rem/Win/Weatherby in the middle and Hornady the most FPS. I figure it is all about case volume. I shoot max loads and did not have trouble with pressure spikes. You seem to have. I also found that they...

    Partitions Vs E-Tips ?

Shoot the partitions. Or Swift A-Frames. I have use Barnes TTSX and Swift A-Frames on 2 Africa trips. I prefer the A-Frames. Animals seem to drop/die a bit faster. Shot about 75 animals with both bullets. IF you must use e-tips then use 150gr. Do not use BT bullets at all!!

    338 Win Mag

Nosler 210gr PAR or Swift Sirocco. The 338mag really shines with 225gr Swift A-Frames and IMR4350

    Sighting in the 338

Try the 185gr TTSX and for smaller animals the 165gr TTSX Barnes bullets. The 338win mag really shines with 225gr Swift A-Frames and 71grs of IMR4350 with a Fed215 primer.
