When working with an unknown combo I drop back 10% from a similar bullet and work up 1gr at a time to pressure. You are using a 215 vs 210 what Alliant lists.

I like to run my Weatherbys like a Weatherby but at the same time not eat thru that expensive brass. Slower burn rate powders and longer barrels is the way I can keep brass life up there. I shoot a lot of Barnes , CEB , and Hammers mixed in and they need some speed.

I had 1 Hogue stock , couldn’t get rid of it quick enough. The thing felt tacky , it just stuck to the front bag on my rest. I just did a Boyds on a Wby Vanguard and like all Boyd’s stock I’ve bought it needs a little sanding to fit up.

That larger open tip will flatten a whitetail. The 404gr Shock Hammer is devastating on deer.

It’s tube to try to knock down the big boomers noise. It’s about 20’ long. It sure messes with Garmin with small calibers.

That 30.5gr load of Sta-Ball Match does look good. When I shot these groups I alternated between bullets to see how the barrel would react to them. I did not clean the barrel either between groups and in fact there is very little copper in the barrel afterwards.
