Nosler had an issue several years ago with the flux used in the bonding process, it was corrosive and deteriorated the polycarbonate tips. As already mentioned, reach out to Nosler Customer Service and provide them with the lot numbers. They will make it right with you. JD338

I only use Nosler seconds for bullets and brass. I’ve never had any problems with them. I have no interest in trying primer or powder seconds. JD338
