Kristen hasn't been hunting or shooting recently. Four kids, 3 of which are teenagers and work has kept her extra busy. Tommy (Husband) hunts every year. It would be fun when their life slows down a little bit to get her out shooting again. She was very good when she was at home.

With our son back in the states (Near Huntsville, AL) after being in Mexico for the last 5 years, he is ready to start hunting and shooting with XP-100's again.
When we go see them, he will be running a center-grip 6.5 Creedmoor XP-100.

I want to be clear...I don't build anything (I'm dangerous with a Dremel Tool! :) )

Shooting specialty pistols at distance is not that much harder than rifles....It's Just Drop & Drift.
Yes, your drop and drift is more, but the accuracy can be the same.
It may be harder, but it is not as much as most people think.

At first I stayed with one caliber (7mm): 7mm TCU, 7mm-08, 284 Winchester. That lasted for about 10-12 years.
After the 284 Win, I started playing the field.
