Making calls with any image. I use Osage, African Padauk, and Flamed Osage. They are double side calls with glass on top and a smaller slate on the bottom. They come with a striker, Maintenace kit, and acrylic display stand. The pics will be re-sized to fit the call and professionally printed...
What range do you guys zero the red dot / scope on your turkey guns? I have a 2 MOA reflex sight and I'm thinking I'll zero at 30-35 yards for 12 ga. 3" TSS #9's
So I have a chance to snatch up another M-70 made in the early 2000’s. The stock needs a little re-finishing, and the blueing on the barrel is about 80%, but the action and mechanics are solid. It’s a REAL good price! Currently it’s a 270, but I’m kicking around the idea of changing it to a 6.5x...
A gentleman requested a WV themed call. Only thing he asked is WV theme and native wood. I went with bead blasted crystal on top, red slate on the bottom and flamed a piece of Osage. Added the WV state motto: “Montani Semper Liberi” ( mountaineers are always free)
A couple new double-sided calls are available. Both are in Osage Orange wood. One is red slate on top and blasted glass on the bottom, the other is glass on top and slate on the bottom. Excellent sounding calls, almost like having two calls in one. Both come with waterproof strikers. (the walnut...
I'm messing around with converting a 22 ARC AR15 to a bolt action. Already have the bolt action upper and machined a sleeve to block off the gas port on the barrel. My question is, is it now safe to use bolt gun load data. From what I read on Sierra, the reduced pressure for gas guns is to...
Hey guys, I got my Etsy shop back up and running. There will be more calls added soon. Most are in stock, and a few are special order calls.

I set out to incorporate the elements of a turkey feather into a striker without being obvious about it. After studying on one for a while I decided to tap into my inner abstract artist and use black walnut and char it. It doesn’t smack in the face that it’s a turkey feather, but I think a keen...
Here’s another red slate in purpleheart. Has a glass soundboard inside and a waterproof striker. Probably my favorite call that uses slate. The red slate is a game changer! These usually go faster than chocolate cake at the fat kids camp! $50 TYD
THANKS!
Don't know if any of you guys listen to This Country Life podcast with Brent Reaves, but he is an awesome fella and his podcast revolves around hunting, fishing, and any outdoor activities. He is a great storyteller and I recommend giving him a listen. They're short episodes, around 20 minutes...
Could someone run a QL model for me. I'm working on a SBR Grendel with a 12" barrel, and hoping to find a powder with 100% burnout before muzzle exit to be IR scope friendly. May be a tall order, but I think N133, N130 will do it. also looking at H335 and Benchmark.
Thanks a million!

Here's a great little call, for whatever reason, hasn't garnered any attention for over a year. I suppose it's because it's a simple maple wood and not full of highly figured grain or exotic wood. But it is a handsome call that does have some natural discoloration in a few spots. More...
I was so proud of my new catfish rods/reels..bragging how easy they’ll be to see at night.
And then my grandson pointed something out that busted my bubble. Even the purple trim..sigh.
Every time I cast I’ll be compelled to yell “To infinity, and beyond!”
This is a hedge apple (Osage orange) copper that is ready to go. These go fast! And I only have one left, for now. Glass soundboard inside and a hedge striker. I’ve redesigned the hole pattern for a little different sound. I’ll be getting more made before spring, catching up on other calls right...
My daughter cooked a batch of hunters paella with deer instead of chicken. The cast iron did great get the bottom rice a tad crispy. A little heavy-handed on the spice level for me, but I guess it’s just me, everyone else thought it was just right.
Ordered the Breek arms flash hider and screw on blast shield. So far it’s working as it should. At the range, or in a shooting shack, you can screw on the blast shield to direct the blast forward. The flash hider has external threads for the shield to screw on to. Folks beside me at the range...
