Can you return a firearm?...
Anyways, avoid fluting. It only eliminates a few ounces, not worth it!. Keep it and enjoy it.
Many people think fluting helps with accuracy, cooling etc. Negative!
Solid barrel will be easier to tune and find a load for because it will flex less.

New Mexico, too bad no bulls down. Had several at 15 yards, never had a shot present itself! Two were over 350, but came home with a black bear at least

Get a carbon barrel from Proof Research. It does what fluting was supposed to do. It is best you can get for what you want. Bench or hunting .

No experience with that specific reticle. But I would go find a reticle you like and go with it. I personally run a Horus 59 for all my rifles, hunting included. No issues and makes follow up shots a dream if I need them

Brass weight doesn't mean much at all. It's Case Volume and Neck tension. You don't need to seperate brass, wasting time. Trim all the brass to the same length, measure the case volume and go from there. Not in that order but you get the drift. How are you dispensing your powder? How...
It's a good Range Finder, comparable Sig would be their new 2400. Go Lieca better glass and performance in poorer conditions

Vertical stringing is a bad load, neck tension, bullet seating depth, barrel harmonics.
What set up do you have? Gun, bullet, powder , loads...
Also not loading the bipod correctly.
Amen. A proper ladder test starts at 300 yards. Use a rear bag and bipod to test. Groups that shoot well at 100 doesn't necessarily translate to a good long range load.
At 100 yards, a large SD or more importantly an ES, won't even show up. If it's large enough because of a bad load you will...
Good choice and it will shoot better then you. Loads, depends on what bullets you want to run. I'm running 140 VLD's. Standard powder is H4350

Thanks for the update. If anyone else has some pics of groups and data it would be helpful.
Berger doesn't sell Blems. They recycle them.

Go for it. Kenton manufacturers for some of the scope companies. You will love it. The only issue is, you better make sure that you use the same powder, Bullet, etc... and in extreme weather your scope will be a bit off... at distance it's enough to miss.
I prefer just to dial my scopes. Then...
Several things happening here. It's your neck tension throwing off your groups. Annealed brass will have the brass brought back to its original state. Over time it hardens, then cracks.
Using once fired brass and Virgin brass will cause a fluctuations in pressure, which is velocity.
