73grs if RL-17 got me to 2950 , but the brass wasn’t liking it.
70.5grs of H100V gives me the 2880s. 70.5grs of RL-17 does 2850.

For what you’re planning to do the internal wrench would be just fine. Breaking factory install barrels loose is a whole different chore , especially the Howa/Vanguards.

I’ve never ran a TTSX into a shoulder before , just heart and lungs with a light switch results. With them traveling along in the 3200’s they should auger their way thru a shoulder.

He showed me a ball of goo with a tannish shard of metal imbedded into it. No idea how many years it could have been in there. The forearm got a sore lump late this spring after a good sunburn started to itch. I think all the scratching festered it up.
My daughter has taken a few deer with this bullet in her 22-250. They work flawless. They shoot well out of my 223 but never had a chance to try for a deer.
