    Hammer Bullets

Some of the more established hammers are pretty close, the ones that were calculated using shot drops tend to be quite generous Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

    110 Game Changer exp ?

They are more like a ballistic tip than an accubond. The 130 tgk @3300fps worked well on 2 deer and a black bear last year. The 110 out of a 257 would preform much like the nosler bt, put one through the lungs and off the shoulder and enjoy Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

It’s Decided, E-Tips For Hunting This Year

The seating depth isn't necessarily a pressure issue so much as the e tips tend to shoot better with a jump of 50 thou or more. Also- if you shoot long range the bcs are super inflated Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

I'd run that reamer up there, worst case you end up with an Ackley improved tomato stake and have an excuse for a new barrel. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

    6mm ARC by Hornady

While it is a neat round it falls short of the 6mm creedmoor by about 300 fps. So not really the same ballpark Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

    Leupold Tracking Issues

Vx3i, Vx5hd, vx6hd, lrp, mark 5hd all reliably dial and rtz. Many forums arent kind to leupold and it's a shame as leupold is turning out a fine product. I have a mark 4 that just turned 10,000- According to the Internet it's a terrible scope and I should have bought a nightforce. Would I...

Let's buy the perfect out west gun.

Although I dont own one ... the 280ai looks to be the perfect western deer/antelope cartridge. Standard bolt face, light handy rifle, flat and tons of bullet choices from 120-180 grains. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

The 127 lrx is a great bullet even at ludicrous 6.5-300 speeds. The 120 e tip also worth honorable mention Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

3250 isnt even that fast I shoot the 140 out of a 270 wby @ 3350 and it performs admirably normally pass throughs I've only caught one and that went from stem to stern on a frontal chest shot Looks like the bullet encountered a shoulder blade Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

    6.5-300 WBY

The eld-m was finicky to tune in a saami freebore. Eld-x and 140 berger elite hunters shot lights out. 1000 rds is doable especially with the extreme hodgdon powders/imr enduron and avoiding us869. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
