    Nosler indeed needs to go back to making the 300 gr. partition. I've succesfully used that bullet on hogs, bear, and african plains game. It is my go to bullet in my 45-70 guide gun. Mad Dog

    I have used noslers, since I started reloading back in the 80's. In my 1895 Marlin Guide Gun, it is my go to hunting bullet, for everything, including my 2008 plains game hunt in RSA. Here is a pic of the only bullets I have recovered from any animals, the rest were all pass throughs. Mad Dog

    250 gr. handgun partion, no more?

    Thought I read somewhere that nosler was dropping this bullet, along with the 300 gr. .458 partition. Yes? No? I have a chance to pick some up for my Marlin 1894[which shoots good BTW], 44 mag. Just wondering if they are going to be around? :roll: Mad Dog
