I'm not familiar with Strelok. With Ballistic Advance Edition, you enter altitude and temperature and it will calculate density altitude.

Is your Weaver a Picatinny or the standard Weaver base. Weaver base and picatinny is not the same. Try lapping your ring. If that doesn't work bed it with epoxy.

I use 74.5 grains of IMR 7828. Velocity is around 3200 fps. My Model 70 Laredo LRH has 26" PacNor 10 twist Polygonal barrel. Very accurate load.

I have a dual purpose 6BR built on an accuraized Model 700. I used 29.5 grain of Hodgdon Varget with 105 Berger VLD Match. I also found and really accurate load using 87 grain Hornady V-Max.

Those are good powder for the 300 win Mag. Retumbo has almost the same burning characteristic as H-1000 which at one time, my go to powder with the 300. The 300 Winnie really shine if you load it close to the max. I'm not sure how stable RE-26 with temperature, but Hodgdon H-1000 and Retumbo...
