I have a 6mm AR which is a 6.5 Grendel necked down to 6mm. It is built on a CZ5527 action and wears a 24" 1/10 twist Shilen barrel. The ARC has the shoulder pushed back .050", but the case capacity is close.
I'll send you a spreadsheet of all my loading data if you PM me your email address.
Actually a Brown Whelen is really close to a 9.3x62 case necked to 35 caliber. Just a different shoulder angle and being .010" larger at the shoulder.
I haven't has any issue making 9.3x62 cases from the 30-06 brass I had on hand. Prime a 30-06 case, put 5-7 gr. of Bullseye inside, followed by...
I would recommend this loading article.

My Ruger M77/22H shoots way better with MP-300 as compared to Lil'Gun with 40 gr. bullets. The MP-300 was slightly slower, but had a much lower SD as...
I've been guilty of this in the past before the 280 AI had SAAMI specs and QL were available.
I have a couple 280 AI rifles built on blueprinted 700 actions for long range work that have 1/8 twist 28-30" barrels.
One day I decided to see how fast I could push a 140 gr. Nosler BT seated long...
I could use 22 ARC QL simulations for the 75 and 88 gr. ELD Match bullets and another for the 80 gr. Berger VLD loaded to 2.250" at 52kPsi with a 24" barrel.
So far 28.0 gr. of CFE223 is pushing 80 grain bullets a little over 2800 fps, but haven't yet found a load that shoots as well as my 224...

I recently watched "The Covenant" for the first time, and it brought the hurt back again.
Spineless politicians have kept those that supported the US troops and saved many of their lives living in fear or have been caught and executed by the Taliban.
I believe it is because the politicians fear...
Agreed, doubtful is a good assessment of the situation.
They can sell all the bullets of the current design they can make, so spending R&D funds on new niche bullet weights seems unlikely.
I just went to the Amazon website and don't see the discount offer.
Can you send the URL that you are directed to for the offer?
Thank you for the heads up!
I like the 200 gr. Hornady FTX for deer, but it's a little soft for elk.
IMR 3031 has delivered the highest velocity in my M-88 and the accuracy is more than reasonable.
