I grease them decently often. Last year before hunting season I disassembled the entire bolt, cleaned and lubed it. Hoping to make life easier for ol sweet thing. It didn’t help much, but I always feel better knowing it’s done on all of my guns.

I've loaded both and I don't care for the FTX in my 30/30's. They supposedly fly better, with less resistance and increase the accuracy node on this caliber... I have not seen that in any of my testing. The silvertip or the powerpoints in one of my model 94's shoots better than a lever should...

Couldn't agree more. The first comment to OP should be reaching out to Winchester, doing a search on the lot number of primers he got and stop shooting that load until he figures out what is going on with Primers.
