I’d say that my gun likes them. The velocity is surprising; ~3300fps with 71.6gr RL26 (27”bbl) and no visible signs of pressure in my Hornady brass.

I ended up sorting them according to band characteristics, and we'll just see how it goes, I guess!

I bought heavy(ish) on the .284 152 banded E-Tips a few weeks ago. I discovered that the bands/grooves are inconsistent on them, which would be why they’re blems, I guess. I thought maybe it was the fact that they were 152s instead of 150s. Now, my concern is whether or not the bands being so...

Just got the banded 152s in from SPS. I’m really looking forward to shooting these. They have 4 grooves total, which I haven’t seen before, but I haven’t played with E-Tips much. These should stomp anything they hit.

I took the plunge and bought 4 boxes of them. I want to see how they do out of my 7mm Rem Mag. I've got H1000 and RL26, so I hope I can get them 3100+fps out of my 27" barrel.

To the Load Techs at Nosler, Any reason why you guys loaded the 150gr Partition instead of the Accubond? Would you consider loading the 150gr Accubond in 30-06 around 3000fps? Or has it already been attempted with unfavorable results? Along similar lines, have you attempted a 190gr ABLR...

Reloader 25 will give you the best velocities, but it is also one of the more temperature sensitive powders out there as well. There have also been a lot of reports about the variations from lot to lot. I would recommend Hodgdon Retumbo. Not temp sensitive and will give you CONSISTENT...
