Actually I've been informed that RL15 is pretty fast for the 140's.. I'll hang onto the jug and give some lighter stuff for varmits a try.. Two suggestions I got were for Ramshot Magnum and H4831sc.. Gonna snog som H4831sc and give it a go.. Sure love the way them 140's penetrate in the 260!!

The rifle is a Rem 700 mtn rifle.. I can't believe how well it shoots! FWIW I'm getting excellent results from the bench with H100V with both 130 ABs and 140 NP.. Anyone use H4350 with 140 NPs? Got load info? Thanks

The one I'm looking at has a magnum barrel? I think. Looks like a 300wm barrel. It's a bit heavy. But I'll bet she shoots!!

I've got my eye on a beautiful 25-06 in a Ruger hawkeye.. The wood is awesome! It's sporting a mgnum contour barrel. So it's prolly abit heavier than I like but it's so damn beautiful I might break down. It would make a great antelope /deer/yote rifle.. Always wanted a guarterbore.

Can you explain this further? I was thinking 3400fps. So about 150fps faster than a 25-06 but about 150-200fps slower than a Wby..
