Alaska whats a good starting point for powder with a 210 partition and 4320 powder?

Well, I haven't fully decided on a bullet yet. I've been thinking about the 210 and 225 grain partition. I'll be using the rifle for whitetails and black bear. I don't typically shoot long ranges when I hunt whitetails either. I'd just like a load accurate, and reliable.

I recently purchased a 338-06 Whitworth mauser custom. It has a 23" douglas tube. I was going to purchase some factory ammo to start, and work into handloads. What have you guys had luck with in this caliber for bullets, powder, primers ect. Also what are some recommendations on factory ammo...
