I put an ER Shaw barrel on a Springfield action with a bishop stock. Tried to build comparing to an 06 my Dad sporterized in the 60's when he was a gunsmith. My 2 favorites to shoot.
Been shooting a 6.506 for 6 years and love it. Not sure why to change as 4831 has pegged the 10 hole consistently... (outside of its just fun to shoot). But, wondering about RL 22 but no data available for the BT and Part. from 120 to 140 on the site. Suggestions?
Cast Bullet cups: Ackley, and others, used to make cast bullets - and in order to keep them from melting in the barrel they set them in copper/brass cups: apparently not used anymore: i have (possibly 1000) from my father's reloading days... I have not measured but i would guess in 38 cal...
