I agree with bigger companies. The funny thing is, I am not set up for CC myself with my SEB Rests USA business, but you cannot purchase off of my website either. First of all, the 308 will work great. I used a 357 Magnum for smaller plains game: Black Wildebeeste, Springbok, Blackback Jackal, and Warthog. I used a 7mm Dakota center-grip XP-100 for everything else up to a 800 pound Waterbuck

How far will you be shooting typically? The best thing is to just put a target at your max distance, and shoot it, under the same similar temperature conditions.
