where are some on line websites for calculating and printing a 100 - 1000 yard range card for 168 and 175 grain match bullets?

My old Sierra program is obsolete (MS DOS).

That will do just fine.

I averaged BC based on time of flight over each range bracket and gave the 168 a .425 and the 175 a .490.

Applied ballistics kestrel 4500. This will give you current dope to a changing environment. I have had one for almost a year and it does give accurate assessments, so much so that I only use my oehler chronograph to give me my standard deviation.
