2015 NV Bull Elk Story and Pictures

Well guys getting ready to go for my bull really excited. 21 days away from work. Headed out 4-5 days early gonna help a friend with a mule deer and cow tag and do some scouting as he's hunted in the area before. Hopefully I bring back a cooler full of meat and a memory that will last a lifetime.

Well Bud it sounds that you have a great time planned. Anytime you can get away from work for 21 days must be a pretty good thing . Getting to hunt is just the cherry on the cake, I know that I am looking forward to a number of good stories & lots of photographs .

Yes the 9.3 is going. It ain't the flattest shooting rifle in the stable but @ 2500 fps and 3/8" groups who cares. The 338 will go as back up foul weather rifle.
