I haven't been very successful with big game in 2016 so a buddy invited me to his property to hunt turkey. Needless to say it's only 12 acres and shotgun is not preferred by the neighbors. So I took my bow and with a little spot and stalk, stuck one around 10am. I can still harvest one more during the fall season so we will see what happens. The best part is my 4 year old daughter was super excited that I brought her a turkey. She was adamant about eating it tonight but she'll have to wait until tomorrow night.
