Haven't tried this combo but you will get penetration into tomorrow! :shock:
The 200 gr PT will give you very deep penetration and shoot fairly flat.

I haven't tried anything except 200 grain bullets from my .300 RUM yet, but it does look like a great platform for launching those big 220 grainers! :twisted:
That combo ought to be outstanding for putting holes clear through big critters at modest ranges... :grin:
The more I shoot my .300 RUM, the more I like it. Have to admit that I bought it on a whim, but it's sort of growing on me...
