Got a new toy on the way. I have not worked with this one in years. Need any data on any bullet weight. Please include velocity/accuracy. thanx

POP; 50 Ballistic Tip in WW Case fired by the CCIBR2 with 40 grains of IMR4064. 3900+ and ½" Same combo except substitute Vihtavuori N140, similar velocity, groups about 5/8"
55 Nosler BT with 42.5 grains of H380, 3850fps and ½".
Also having some promising initial results with Reloder15, but no loads to share yet. Regards, Eagleye.

POP; I love the Swift!! I Have the Twin to your VSSF, plus an older tang safety Ruger 77V, and I'm dealing on another one, a 40X. My two both seem to lke the loads I listed, but the Remington has a slightly longer throat than the Ruger, so seating depth is different. I usually try to give .015" clearance from the bullet ogive to the lands. Some rifles will want you to have more, some less. Once you find a load shooting well, you can try varying the seating depth .005" at a time to see if there is an advantage or not. I have made hits on crows out to a ranged 515 yards with my VSSF, and 505 yards with the Ruger. IMHO, the finest 22 Varminter ever made is the Swift, even though I own a 222 and a 22-250 besides. Enjoy, Eagleye.

Yup! I had the ruger MKII Target. Loved it but man what a PIG!!! 500 yard shots for me and 7mm fan (my buddy Brad) were fairly easy on p-dogs here in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Even with a cheap Tasco scope and high winds.
