Reminds me though, that 20 years ago I had an opportunity to attend an event w/ Ron Coburn (then president of SAvage Arms). I had a chance to suggest that Savage needed to chamber a bolt action in 250-3000 Savage. Shortly there after it showed up in the "American Classic" line. Cant say I was responsible...but cant say I wasn't....You'd hope that the 250TH anniversary of independence day might warrant a rifle in 250 Savage. I wasnt able to afford one back then. Would be nice to see a 250 Chambered in something (How about a run of Model 99's in 250? CL
