257 AI with 100 gr. BT

I'm going on a mule deer/antelope hunt next fall. I have never hunted these before. I'm thinking about using a 257 AI and a 100 gr. BT. Velocity is 3300 fps. Would this combination work for mule deer at 300 yds.

Welcome to the forum.
The 100 gr BT is a great choice for Mule Deer. You could also consider the 110 gr AB or the 115 gr BT for the higher BC.

I have taken tons of speedgoats! I have used from 243 to 416 Wby! You have the perfect combo there!
