Finally received my .257 weatherby magnum in a Weatherby Accumark. Now this is a cal you dont want to be target shooting alot. I am having an undecided time of if this is a cal i should switch to copper bullets like barnes or if Accubonds will hold together at high speeds that the 257 bee pushes? Im open to comments or suggestions, or best of all experiences

While I think the .257 is the ideal platform for monometal bullets (E-Tip/TSX/GMX), it's been around for a long time before they were invented. Just be sure to use a relatively tough bullet if you are going to be shooting game animals with it. Partitions and ABs are good, as are Hornady Interlock bullets.

congrats on the .257 bee. i have one in a stainless vanguard sporter and really like how it shoots. i will also give my .02 concerning bullet type. ive shot a few deer with the 115gr balistic tips and never had a deer go more than 40 yards (this was from all sorts of different angles) but i do think a stouter bullet inside of 200 yards would have proven to be a wiser choice. the balistic tips did fragment more than i cared to see but the dead deer was a happy ending. im playing around with partions and accubonds now. good luck with the new laser   !

Congrats. I have owned a couple of them.

RL22 rl25 and IMR 7828 will work great with the 110 AB and the 100 TTSX.

After loading multiple different bullet/powder configurations, these are the two loads that consistently shoot under 0.75" out of my Weatherby Mark V Fibermark:

100 Grain Barnes Tipped TSX
74.0 Grains H-1000
Federal Primers
3,425 FPS

115 Grain Barnes TSX
72.0 Grains H-1000
Federal Primers
3,250 FPS

The AccuBond at far right, impacted a sugar maple tree at a MV of 3520 fps, expanded to ,658" and retained 63% of its total 160 gr weight.

don't think you'll have problems with them.
This one impacted a whitetail at 2660 fps (532 yards) and left this exit

This one at 2400 fps (702 yards)

The only reason I shot one at close range into a tree is because I could never recover one on game, even well beyond 1000 yards.
