26 Nosler...in a handgun

Just saw something on Nosler's Facebook page... a gent with a H&S Precision handgun...chambered in 26Nosler. He'd apparently taken a pile of critters with handguns and with his new one- took an aoudad at 400 and change.


Gotta wonder what kind of muzzle flash that thing gets. I don't doubt the modern hunting handgun for effectiveness, but I think that one is past the point of diminishing return.

There's a fellow on Specialty Pistols who has a 28 Nosler in his XP-100.

195's @ 2800+ FPS. Killed a few hogs with it.

I shot a XP100 in 7mm-08 with a 14 " barrel and a HS Precision stock - With full house rifle loads it was a handfull ! SO i cannot imagine one like that ! RJ

Either the 26 Nosler or the 28 Nosler would be a handful in a handgun. Ouch!
