Picked up the rifle today.

Took off the HS stock (listed in classifieds) and replaced with a CDL stock I had laying around.

Added a Leupold 3.5-10 scope

Clean rifle with a fluted barrel. Long barrel at 26 inches. Included dies and some brass.

Should be more winter fun finding a nice load.

That's a great set up, the CDL is one of the best looking guns around. The 3.5-10x40 is what I have on my 264 WM and is a very good choice too.

Retumbo is a good place to start with those 129's around 67-68 gr will work. Other powders will work but Retumbo has proven to be the best so far in my gun.

I guess I'm guilty of a little overlap too. From 6mm to .30 I have: 6BR, 6mm Rem.x2, .243AIx2, 6-300WSM, 25-06, 6.5x284, 6.5-300WMx2 (soon to be 3), .270x2, .284x3, 7-300WMx2, 7STWx2, .308, .30-06, .308 Baer, .30-8mmx2. I'll have a .300 Norma Imp before too long too.
