Nice rifle Bruce. It reminds me of my paw paws Rem 760 in .244 Remington, had it for years until I parted with it. It had the slow twist in 1:12 and could not stabilize the 100 grain bullets, so I stuck with the 80 grain bullets. 760 are great rifles.

I'm gonna stick with the 140 ABs but I will start moving the load up and see how it handles a little more pressure. Maybe try it with Grand. I also need to master the trigger. By the way, I also have an old Rem 740 in 244 Rem that I've had for a while and haven't even fired. It is vintage 1956. Shame on me.
