Well I am getting rid of my remington model 710 in the 300 win mag and trading that for a jeep  . So I am going to be using my 270 win on deer and elk this year and the bullet that I will be using a a 150 grain ballistic silvertip ct, with Reloader 22. I am wondering if anyone has any good loads with that combination. I am using the 150 grain bullets because they shoot really good in my gun and they will match my recticle alot better than the 130 grain. Thanks

I would suggest H4831 and CCI 200 primers....works like a charm in my .270 win's....RL22 is also a good powder, I just haven't worked with it much...

Alliant lists 58.5 of Reloder 22 as the max load at around 3010 fps. My favorite with the 150 ballistic tip is a Winchester Case, CCI-200 primer, and 58 grs. From my 22" Remington 700 I get 2950 fps and 1/2" groups.

I have not used Reloader 22 in mine, but found that H4350 worked well with 52.0 grains. I did try Reloader 19 in it as well, but found it wasn't as accurate as the H4350.

140 TSX with H4831 proved itself last year on a 600 lb cow elk and mule deer. I can't get my friend to shoot anything else.

Ok, I guess I will either try the E-tips or the partitions or the tsx. Thanks for the help.
